I loved how close the hotel was to Hoan Kiem Lake, just a 10-minute walk, where I enjoyed leisurely strolls and beautiful park views, and the nearby street full of cute cafes and local food options made it easy to grab a delicious meal after a day of exploring.

The great and the meh
Comfortable and clean environment, amazing staff willing to help with anything. Location is perfect for exploring the city's culture,, right next to bustling shops and famous attractions.
The breakfast lacked variety and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times. The limited amenities were a bit disappointing.

We spent 8 nights with our 4-year-old in a cozy one bedroom that quickly felt cramped. The staff were amazing, especially Anna, who helped us with a free upgrade to a spacious family room. Her friendly approach and excellent English made our stay special. The strategic location allowed us to explore all major attractions on foot, reducing the need for transport stress.
The building was old and we encountered a few cockroaches.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. The breakfast options are varied, including delightful cakes and fresh fruits. some rooms felt cramped and would benefit from refurbishment, and there was a noticeable lack of coffee supplies in the room. while the staff were generally helpful, the breakfast service could be slow, leading to limited options at peak times.

The Deluxe Double Room was pretty comfy. The shower was spacious and had good water pressure, although the detachable shower head sprayed everywhere. I had one window, but it just faced the back of another building—no great view there. Room was clean, and the air conditioning was already cool when I arrived. I didn’t really get to enjoy the TV much since it had snow on all channels. it did the job for my stay, but could use some updates.

The room had a cozy vibe with decent decor, and I was pleasantly surprised that the air conditioning was already running cool upon my arrival. Their attention to detail, like thoughtful welcome notes, made me feel appreciated after a long journey.
The elevators were unbelievably slow, which was a bit of a headache during busy hours. The breakfast on weekends was passable, but weekdays left me with a limited choice that felt quite underwhelming. I also encountered an unexpected and pesky issue with intermittent Wi-Fi throughout my stay, and the overall upkeep wasn't great—think dark rooms with musty smells and a lack of ventilation. One of the rooms had dust and mold, which isn’t a fantastic welcoming sign. Honestly, it wasn't the ideal experience I was hoping for.
